On November 1st 2008, members of the Indiana Region of the CLC met in Indianapolis for the annual planning meeting. The day started with a viewing of the collection of Gerald Mann, followed by lunch at Shapiro's near the new home of the Indianapolis Colts, Lucas Oil Stadium. After a short meeting, members continued to Beuford Hall’s garage in nearby Clermont. The day ended with a visit to Don West’s garage. The weather was unseasonably warm and mild.
